"Gale and Ryan were amazing to work with! They made a complex process so easy. From selling our home to finding our new home, they guided us every step of the way. They were always very responsive when we had questions and were great at helping us understand our options and make confident decisions. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!"

"Such comfort knowing Gale & Ryan are THE go to for all referrals in Ames and surrounding area. Their knowledge and service is unparalleled and we confidently refer all real estate clients to them, the local experts, when we have people relocating to Ames!"

"We met Ryan when we moved to Ames several years ago - he helped us buy our home. 6 years later when we were ready to look for a new home, we knew we would be asking for his services again. This time we were able to meet Gale as well. They are both top-notch realtors. They are always willing to answer our questions, checked up on us often to see if we needed anything and are just great people to work with and get to know. They are very involved in the community and are always doing things to better the area we live in. I would highly recommend them both and if we are ever in need of a realtor again, they will be our first phone call!"

"Ryan and Gale have helped us many times over the years! They helped us buy the home we just currently sold, and helped us sell that house and find our dream home in Ankeny close to grandkids!!! Years ago they also helped my son find his home in Ankeny as well!! Ryan spent many hours showing us so many houses, as well as helping us with the pros and cons of houses; to finally finding the one that is the perfect location and perfect house to downsize to. Gale spent many Sundays holding open houses and pointing out the many wonderful things that the house we were selling provided. We are so Blessed to have had them in our corner representing us as buyers and sellers!!! A person couldn’t go wrong having them as a friend and a Realtor!!!"
